		<description>I&#039;d also suggest that any candidate for any election at any level of government should be required to undergo some induction training, to ensure that he or she understands what he or she will be required to do once elected (the functions of the relevant level of government), and that he or she is competent to do the job. Unless he or she passes the test, the candidature will not be accepted.</description>
